Compressed Air Quality Testing
We provide compressed air quality testing required by COSHH L5 to BS EN12021 for Breathing Apparatus (BA). This includes technical tests on compressed air including pressure, CO, O2, CO2, Oil mist, H2O, Airflow, temperatures and pressures etc. These tests are crucial to the health and safety of RPE users and help ensure the supply of quality breathable compressed air.
RPE Maintenance
We can service and maintain RPE and air supply equipment to ensure that it is in safe working condition thereby preventing RPE failure or Air Quality Test failure. This ensures that problems are promptly fixed with minimum disruption to the manufacturing process.
RPE Inspection and Records
We can provide Respiratory Breathing Apparatus (RPE) Inspection and Records required by COSHH L5. This service records the current condition of the equipment, following the manufacturers instructions, to ensure that RPE is in good operating condition.
